Ambassador “Thug Nation” Meeting

Chair – Rob Rogers
- No meeting next week due to Exec. Retreat
- Check email for announcements!!
Vice Chair – Katie Hensley
- We will be cleaning Wilson Park October 10th, you will pair up with your buddy and try to win the prize!
Secretary – Michelle Powell
- Nothing at this time.
Treasurer – Kristy Sutton
- Nothing at this time.
Admissions – Andrea Foltz
- Sign October tour sheet.
- Remember appropriate dress for tours and please relax and have fun with it, don’t be intimidated by the students, you were there once too!
- Sign up for special tour
Advancement – Laura Myers
- Nothing at this time.
CASE/ASAP – Katy Scott
- We will be going to Wings October 10th after meeting!
- We will be going to a Haunted House October 24th!!
Spirit – Shanna Williams
- Committee meet after meeting
- Thanks for signing up to work EZone table in the Union
- Remember to work table at the game for those of you signed up
Senior Night – Kristen Larson
- Still need schedules to set a time for meetings for Senior Night
- Come pay for your shirts!
Traditions – Tommie Edmiston
- Late Award goes to Kristen but since she has a good excuse she won’t be getting it anymore.
- Be looking forward to “Ambassador of the Week”
- Will let new Ambassadors know when she will be available at the Alumni Center for you all to come take your tests which will be over tour information.

- New Ambassadors need to take the test and have an old member supervise a tour!
