IT Box goes to Rob
Chair – Rob Rogers
- University needs volunteers to usher for commencement.
- Good Job last week at Hornet Night, we got a lot of compliments, it was a success.
Vice Chair – Katie Hensley
- Reminder: Meet and Greet tonight, will bring the stuff over at 6:45
Secretary – Michelle Powell
- Passed out updated point total sheets to everyone, if anyone has any questions or concerns please see me!
Treasurer – Kristy Sutton
- Signed people up to help with state football concession for fundraiser on Nov. 26th
Admissions – Andrea Foltz
- Reminder from the Admissions Office to please speak up at the beginning of tours in Plumb Hall so that everyone can hear!!
Advancement – Laura Myers
- Nothing at this time!!....WOW! J
CASE/ASAP – Katy Scott
- Announced who will be going to conference. Congratulations! January 19th – 21st
- We will be having Potluck dinner at next weeks meeting for Thanksgiving, look for email to know what you need to bring.
Spirit – Shanna Williams
- E-Zone at basketball games: sign up; if students are wearing their shirt at the games they will receive a free snack of some sort at the concessions.
- We need to sell the rest of the shirts during b-ball season, if we don’t, we will have to sell them ourselves.
- Signed people up to work at the E-Zone table for Washburn game which is the 1st day of classes and the biggest game!
Senior Night – Kristen Larson
- Reminder of committee meeting tomorrow night.
- Update of Senior Night: Need Student Affairs to approve plans of the planned week events for Seniors
Traditions – Tommie Edmiston
- Taking pictures tonight
- For those of you who have not taken the test need to do so before Thanksgiving!!
- Passed back graded tests thus far
- Please come and pay for jackets if you haven’t done so yet
Ambassador Alumni – Ashley Evanson
- Please turn in articles by Friday!!!
- Sent around list to sign up with name and hometown for newsletter.

- Aabi goes from Katy to Tommie!!
New Business
- Nothing at this time.
Advisors - Roy Mann
- Day at the Capital will be March 1st, keep in mind if you are interested in going. It is a great opportunity and fun experience to meet people.
- Keep attending alumni events whenever you can to add to points and just to have a great experience, you never know who you will meet and where it will lead to.
- Looking forward to the yummy food next week!!
