Meeting Minutes - August 29, 2005
Sauder Alummi Center - 5:15 pm
Welcome to the 1st meeting of the year!!!
Chair – Rob Rogers
- No meeting next week. Happy Labor Day!
- Congratulations to Lynn Kratzberg who is our new ASG senator.
- If you are not going to be at meeting, please call and let us know so you will be excused if necessary.
Vice Chair – Katie Hensley
- Our 1st social event will be Monday September 19th following meeting, going out for tacos!!
Secretary – Michelle Powell
- Please write your birthday down on the contact sheet.
Treasurer – Kristy Sutton
- Getting in touch with Sodexho to do concessions stand fundraising.
Admissions – Andrea Foltz
- Sign tour sheet
- Notify someone and find replacement if unable to give a tour.
- Tour sheet handouts for new route
Advancement – Laura Myers
- Signed Ambassadors up for September events such as 1st home game, state fair, and golf tournament.
- Please clear your schedule for Homecoming!!
- Need to think of name for the Ambassador fiberglass Corky.
CASE/ASAP – Katy Scott
- Announced new buddies!!
- Bring a couple dollars for after meeting social events.
Spirit – Shanna Williams
- Sang Fight Song!
- Encourage people to check out new LEAD program. Info in CSI office.
Senior Night – Kristen Larson
- Very excited for the big night!
- Needs a good hard working and dedicated committee!
- Please sign up for T-shirts if interested.
Traditions – Tommie Edmiston
- Hosting spaghetti dinner sometime after the 17th of September.
- Handed out new revisions to handbook (pg. 3 and 4)
- Will be putting together care package for Esteven, will notify what items to get
- Please sign up for polos new ambassadors only.
- Dress in business formal dress clothes of your own to President’s Dinner
- Please RSVP for President’s Dinner ASAP if you are going or not going.
Ambassador Alumni – Ashley Evanson

- Welcome all Ambassadors to the 1st meeting!
- We have a great new group and it is the most Ambassadors we have ever had!!!

- Please be aware of the new path for tours that you take through Butcher Children’s Center for your tours.
