Chair – Rob Rogers
- Elections held tonight, so be thinking of what positions returning ambassadors are interested in so the process runs quickly and smoothly.
Vice Chair – Katie Hensley
- Next Monday is not a required meeting but is strongly encouraged. We will be having a BBQ with new ambassadors!
- Exec. needs to have a training folder ready to give to next years position by next Monday
Secretary – Michelle Powell

Treasurer – Kristy Sutton
- We raised $1150 from telethon, good job and thank you.
Admissions – Andrea Foltz
- Special Tour Sign ups; need Spanish speaker for tour on May 8th
Advancement – Laura Myers

- Sign the Time Capsule please and meet in bull pin to give item if you have it after meeting
