Meeting Minutes - September 24th, 2007
Sauder Alumni Center - 5:15 pm
Chair
- Explained Corky Notes
- Passed around sign up sheet for Ambassador T-shirts, $11 and will pay when they arrive
- If you are interested in Up Till Dawn be sure to talk to Drew about it after meeting
Vice Chair and CASE/ASAP
- Committees have been taking flyers for parade to business around town, if you see any that are missing some, please talk to Elissa or Michael
- Received money from ASG to help promote the parade, any ideas talk to Elissa or Michael
- Asked for volunteers to decorate their cars to promote the parade
Secretary
- Nothing at this time
Treasurer
- Thanks to everyone who helped out with concessions this weekend
- Reminded those who signed up for this weekend
- Sent out packets for Tricycle races and will keep us updated on outcome
Admissions
- Signed up for tours
Spirit/Senior Week
- Explained more about e-zone and “best seat in the house”
- Will be meeting with committee after meeting
Traditions
- Passed around and read Corky’s notes
- Mama went to Nicole

- Talked about golf tournament and thanked everyone for their help
