Meeting Minutes - September 10, 2007
Sauder Alumni Center - 5:15 pm
A speaker came to talk about “Up ‘Til Dawn” asked Ambassadors to consider participating.
Chair
- RSVP for President dinner next week
- New log for Ambassadors was shown
- Nominated Jason Baker and Ashley Brooks for Zi Phi
- Nominated Jill Ferrell for ESU Idol
- Nominated Jessica Veazques, Becky Lundblom, Sarah Oehlert and Drew Donahoo for Homecoming Royalty
- International Food Fest is this Saturday after the football game
- Events are now posted on the website
- Look at quiz over etiquette answers will be given later
- No Wilson Park clean up after meeting due to weather
Vice Chair and CASE/ASAP (They spoke together)
- Sending committee members out with flyers for parade
- Try and get organizations and businesses involved with parade
- Please help promote the parade as much as possible
Secretary

- By next meeting will hopefully have more information on tricycle races
- Signed up to work September 21st and 28th concession stands, show up at 5:30 PM
Advancement
- Sign up for events
- When working in President’s box make sure everyone has credentials if not check with Angela or Judy to see if they can get in
Admissions
- Sign up for September tours
- Sept 28th we need more Ambassadors to sign up
- Need returning Ambassadors to give tour tomorrow
- This Saturday 10:30-11:30 there is a regular tour, meet in the union
- This Saturday there is a football tour meet in front of press box
- Signed up for October 13th football tours
- Signed up for October 20 football tours
Spirit
- Sang fight song
- Had “friendly competition” to see who knew the new cheers best
- Signed up to help set up football game
Traditions
- Played trivia game
- Mama went to Michelle McHenry

- Becky needs replacement for tour on Wednesday
- Sarah signed up people for more events

- Working on exams should have them in two weeks
- Make sure you are shadowing at least 3 tours
Campus Announcements
- Alpha Sigma Alpha chili feed is October 21st from 11-7 get your tickets from Elissa Hadley, Amy Schneider, or Hilary Moe
- Muslim Organization will be collecting cans in the union this week
- This Friday at 7 PM Second City a comedy group will be coming to campus but tickets for $10
- Zoiks are performing tonight
