Meeting Minutes - August 27th, 2007

Sauder Alumni Center - 5:15 pm

Chair

• Get pictures taken tomorrow
• Make sure to RSVP for dinner with the President
• Will meet at Wings after meeting
• No exec retreat will be held just one on one meetings with Drew
• The international food festival is September 15th
• UAC movie on the lawn is August 30th at 8 PM
• Read the e-mail from Tommie

Vice Chair

• Committee met today and are doing their best to get more people involved in the parade
• Passed out contact information

Secretary

• Passed out birthday sign up sheet

 Treasurer

• Might be working concession stands on September 21 and 28th so keep those dates open

Advancement

• Signed up for events

 Admissions

• Tour sheet went around
• Signed up for Saturday tours
• Keep shadowing tours
• Monday and Friday are busiest days so sign up for those first

CASE/ASAP

• Committee needs to meet after meeting

Spirit/Senior Week

• Passed out letters for organizations
• Sang Fight song

Traditions

• Mama- Michael Hooton
• Played trivia game about ESU
