ESU Night at the Boulevard Brewery

Changes to the Kansas City Alumni Chapter Boulevard Brewery Event   In the process of working with the vendor and finalizing details we have had a pricing change for this event.    You will notice below that the event cost is $15 per person not the orginial $25.  Everything else remains the same.  You will still receive a BBQ dinner, all the Boulevard Beer you can drink (please supply your own designated driver) and a souvenir pint glass.   If you have already pre-paid for your reservations please contact Peter Brodie at 620-341-6470 or by email at brodie@emporia.edu regarding your $10 refund. 

   WHAT:

Please join the ESU Kansas City Alumni Chapter  for an evening out  that will include a BBQ dinner, an unlimited supply of Boulevard Brew and wine, non-alcoholic beverages and your very own Boulevard Brewery and ESU pint glass.  Plus, you get to be with the best alumni and friends around!

BBQ Dinner will include;

     BBQ Brisket          Pary Potatoes

     Baked Beans        7-layer sald

     Rolls/Dinner Buns  Brownies 

The following beverages will also be provided; Unlimited Boulevard Beer, Boulevard Wine, Coffee, Tea and Water.

   HOW MUCH:

$15 per person (sorry no one under 21 allowed).  You will get dinner, unlimited beverages, a souvenir pint glass, and an evening with the best alumni around.

As always, we ask that you reserve your spot and the only way to confirm that is to RSVP with payment!

• The RSVP DEADLINE is September 25, 2009.
• RSVP to the ESU Alumni Association at (620) 341-5440.
• Payment confirms registration and availability.
