Area Alumni Chapters

Area alumni chapters give you the opportunity to get to know the ESU alumni living near you while having a great time at barbecues, sporting events, and receptions. Alumni chapters include Capital City Area (Topeka), Denver Area, Greater Kansas City Area, Smoky Valley (Salina Area), South Central (Wichita Area), and the Emporia Connection. Scholarships for Scions

As the offspring of an ESU alumna or alumnus, your child is eligible to apply for a one-year scholarship to ESU. Contact ESUScholarships@emporia.edu for more information.

Temporary Medical Insurance

Temporary medical insurance is available for alumni and their immediate families who are caught without medical insurance. It is designed to help "bridge the gap," such as when recent graduates are searching for employment but are no longer covered under a parent's policy. The insurance is reasonably priced in order to help you until you can secure permanent coverage. For more information, click here.

• ESU alumni residing in Lyon County and the six surrounding counties are eligible to join the Emporia State Federal Credit Union.
• Receive a 7% discount on meals in Skyline Dining Room at Memorial Union. Just show your membership card!
• Use your membership card at ESU's Memorial Union Bookstore (on campus or online) to receive a 10% discount anytime, 20% on the Friday and Saturday of Homecoming week.
