The North and South Towers
The North and South Towers of the Towers Complex underwent a complete renovation which created a completely new facility upon its completion.
- Suite-styled rooms on floors 1-4 along with redesigned double rooms.
- All rooms contain sinks.
- Floor lounges are designed as open spaces for recreation, activities, and studying.
- Bathrooms contain individual shower rooms for privacy. .
- The main lobby and reception center have an open lobby design.
- All fixtures, furniture, windows and technology (including wireless) have been updated!
Suite Design:
Suites are located on floors 1 through 4. Each suite is designed for 4 residents. It is the equivalent size of 3 double rooms (2 bedrooms for 2 residents each and a common living room). The bedroom areas will contain sinks. Suites will contain moveable furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers for each resident).

Double Room Design:
Floors 5 through 8 have all double rooms in South Tower, and some single rooms in North Tower. Single spaces are offered to upperclassmen only. Double rooms are also located on the suite floors (1 through 4). A typical double will contain a sink and moveable furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers for each resident).

Floor Design:
The color shown designates the floor tile pattern in the hallways. The tile colors match with a neutral wall color. The color scheme carries over into the bathrooms in the wall tile (see below)

Bathrooms:
The bathroom space is designed with individual shower rooms for privacy. Commodes and additional sinks are contained within the bathrooms (bottom image). The tile pattern of the walls reflects the floor tile of the hallways and floor lounges (top two images).

Floor Lounges:
The floor lounges are open spaces containing furniture and a television (not shown). There is a public restroom off the lounge for guest use..
