In the residence halls, an atmosphere is provided that nourishes the learning, growth, and personal development of each resident within a cooperative community. In addition to the services and facilities provided, there are many activities, programs, and leadership opportunities available in the residence halls to help individuals, and the community, achieve their educational and personal goals. The residence halls are an excellent place to develop a variety of skills and friendships that will last a lifetime!

Residence hall living allows you quick access to all classrooms and services at ESU. As a staff, we strive to provide quality programs, services, and facilities that meet your needs and expectations, thus maximizing your educational experience.

We are excited this year to open the South Tower as the First Year Building! This building was developed for first year residents wishing to optimize all their available resources at Emporia State towards a successful first year. The North and South Towers of the Towers Complex include new suite-styled and double rooms, a new fire safety system including sprinklers, reconfigured lounge spaces and bathrooms, and new technology including wireless connectivity.
