North and South Towers
The North and South Tower have been recently reconstructed creating an entirely updated facility. This complex is designated as a First Year facility catering to a First Year student’s success at college. North and South Tower rooms are arranged in a square with an open TV lounge located in the center. This central location makes studying, entertaining or meeting friends as easy as walking into your living room. Floors 1 through 4 of both Towers contain suite-styled room options along with double spaces. Floors 5 through 8 of North Tower contain double spaces and single spaces (single spaces are for students in need for Medical reason approved by Disability Services). Floors 5 through 8 of South Tower contain all double spaces. All rooms contain a sink. There are community bathrooms on each floor containing private shower rooms. Wireless computer connections are available in the common areas (lounges) with Ethernet connections in rooms. North and South Tower rooms are slightly higher in price than other halls due to the technology and amenities located in these buildings.

Community Bath - Wireless common areas
There is an additional charge of $170.00 per semester to live in the North Tower Double on top of the standard room fee. The suite spaces will carry an extra $253.00 per person per semester charge and the single spaces carry the extra $166.00 per semester charge on top of the standard private room fee for students approved. This extra single room upcharge is only waived for those approved for a waiver.
