Research Assistance

The Research and Grants Center is pleased to announce that Terrie Nichols, graduate research assistant in the Research and Grants Center, is available to assist faculty with various aspects of a research project or a grant proposal.

 

Ms. Nichols, who is pursuing a master’s degree in English, has worked in the Beach Center on Disability at the University of Kansas and has experience with locating funding opportunities, editing grant proposals, and grants management.  This position is funded by the Faculty Research and Creativity Committee and is intended to assist faculty engaging in research or scholarly activities and without the resources to hire a graduate assistant. Faculty who need assistance with library research, data entry, funding opportunity searches, or other aspects of research/scholarly activity are encouraged to contact Pam Fillmore at extension 5351 or email pfillmor@emporia.edu.
