REINSTATEMENT

An Application for Reinstatement is included in Required Withdrawal notification.  The steps to seek academic reinstatement are as follows:

  •  Submit completed Application for Reinstatement to the Office of the Registrar
  • Registration Office notifies your major department of your intent to seek reinstatement
  • You contact your major department to discuss reinstatement
  • Registration Office notifies you of your department’s reinstatement decision
  • If reinstated, follow all re-enrollment stipulations
  • If reinstatement is denied, you not eligible to re-apply for reinstatement for one semester
