REINSTATEMENT
An Application for Reinstatement is included in Required Withdrawal notification. The steps to seek academic reinstatement are as follows:
- Submit completed Application for Reinstatement to the Office of the Registrar
- Registration Office notifies your major department of your intent to seek reinstatement
- You contact your major department to discuss reinstatement
- Registration Office notifies you of your department’s reinstatement decision
- If reinstated, follow all re-enrollment stipulations
- If reinstatement is denied, you not eligible to re-apply for reinstatement for one semester
