REINSTATEMENT

When you are notified that you are required to withdraw from ESU, you will receive an Application for Reinstatement. This application is also available from the Registration Office. In order to re-enroll at Emporia State University you must complete the form and return it to our office. When you return your reinstatement application, we will forward your request to your major department. You will then need to visit with the chair of the department you are majoring or the reinstatement representative in that department to discuss reinstatement back into the university and stipulations that you will need to meet.
