Indoor Walk/Jog Track |

The indoor running track circles around the perimeter of the the courts of the multipurpose gym. The distance of the track is approximately one eighth of a mile. Walking is to take place on the inner lane, while jogging is to take place on the outside lane. Their is no sprinting allowed on the track. The daily movement of the track is as follows. Monday, Wednesday and Friday the direction is clockwise. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday the direction is counterclockwise. |
