Office Area

The office area consists of an office reception center where Recreation Center secretarial employees will be stationed during the day, and intramural programming is administered during the evening. The health promotions office is also part of the office area. The final area contains the recreation programs directors office. The directors office is designed for the accommodation of private or group meetings for staff, supervisors, and employees.

Secretarial/ Intramural Area

The reception/intramural office area is where many administrational duties take place. Within this area all the useage data for the recreation center is compiled and recorded. All of the scheduling is done in this area, and promotions for all areas of the recreation program come from this part of the administrative office.

Another function that take place out of the office area of the Health Promotion Program is a service that is designed to provide "Personalized Services". One of the goals of the Recreation Programs Department is to enhance health and wellness. For this reason, we have the office in this area set up so we can provide personal trainers who will provide personal fitness assessments, define health risk factors, develop personalized workouts, individual support and growth and we will sponsor workshops.
