Flag Football Leagues
FLAG FOOTBALL ENTRIES
We will be taking Flag Football Entries between August 19, and September 2. To enter a team, sign up on-line at http://www.imleagues.com/. When entering a team, your entry will not be considered complete until you come down to the Student Recreation Center and pay the $30 entry fee. All fee's must be paid by the beginning of the captains meeting.
Their will be a mandatory captain's meeting Sept. 5, at 5:00pm in commons area of the Student Recreation Center. You must have a team member present for your team to be eligible for play. For additional information you can E-Mail us, or contact the University Recreation Programs at 341-6778.
Leagues will be offered in Men's Competitive, Men's Just for Fun, and Women's division's. We will offer cometition Monday - Thursday. Competition will begin on September 10 and will run through October 15. Games will be held at the flag football fields, north of interstate 35. Competition will begin at 3:30pm and run until 6:30pm. The Championship games will be held on October 15th at Welch Stadium. Seven players will play at a time. A team must have (5) five players to start the game and avoid a forfeit. You may make changes to your roster through the completion of the last day of regular season. A post season tournament will be held in the competitive and Women's divisions only, and all teams in these divisions will make the tournament if they maintain a 2.6 sportsmanship rating. Championship T-Shirts will be awarded to the champions of their respective tournaments.

If their is a chance that your game may be rained out for the day, PLEASE CALL THE FRONT DESK OF THE STUDENT RECREATION CENTER AT 341-6778 after 2:00PM. WE WILL ALSO GIVE THE OFFICIAL GAME CANCELLATION NOTICE ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THIS SITE. Decisions will not be made before 2:00pm. We will try to rescheduled as many games as possible.
