Class Descriptions

Boot Camp- Boot Camp is a class that focuses on total body fitness. This class is designed to give you the knowledge and tools to not only get into shape but tools that you can take home and use on an everyday bases. We will focus on; upper body, lower body, and cardio. If you’re willing to push YOURself to YOUR limits then this class is definitely the class for you. If you’re just looking for that extra boost to help you reach your own personal fitness goals, then again this class is for you. –DeOntre & Marqueita

Gutz & Glory- Tired of the basic crunch?  Gutz & Glory will show you a wide variety of core related exercises with different pieces of equipment.  Come challenge yourself in this 30 minute core targeted class. Beginners and experts are welcomeAdam

HIIT- HIIT workouts are one of the most effective workouts for burning maximum calories in minimum time. By alternating between high intensity and medium intensity exercises by giving maximum effort all the way through, you will preserve muscle, build lean muscle mass, and burn more calories during and after working out.- Paige

Latin Dance- Enjoy the rhythms of salsa, bachata, and merengue in this fun dance style workout. - Luis

TRX- This class will be a high intensity, high interval workout lasting 30 minutes. Each session will pertain to either upper or lower body exercises with a core emphasis.

Yoga Abs- An intense 45-minute workout focused on strengthening the core while staying in tune with your body and your breath. - Shaina

Yoga Flow- This 1-hour Hatha style class is great for beginners to Yoga using postures in combination with breath work to develop flexibility and relaxation. Continuous practice will strengthen and lengthen the muscles and you can always count on leaving class feeling relaxed and refreshed. The perfect ending to any day. – Amber

Yoga Flow Express- An upbeat 45-minute Vinyasa style yoga class that moves with the breath. - Shaina

Power Yoga- This 45-min to 1-hr class is intended to build heat with postures that will have you moving breathing and sweating! Engaging the muscles with longer holds and added movement within the postures will strengthen, detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind. – Amber

Relaxation Yoga- An easy going, 60-minute class focused on relaxing the body and finding inner peace. -Shaina

Sunrise Yoga- This 45-minute Vinyasa style class is a fantastic way to start your day! We will flow through many energizing postures that will wake up the body and mind. Be ready for a lot of sun salutations! – Amber

Zumba- is an aerobic exercise routine inspired by Latin American dance moves and interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that will tone and sculpt the body. No dance experience necessary. –Marqueita & Katherine
