This workshop will educate participants on the basic principles behind building strength in the weight room. Strength Building 101 will cover the following topics
- Proper form/ technique
- Workout session (Rep. Maxing)
- Program Design
- Core lifts
- Q & A
When: Wednesday August 27
Where: ESU Rec weight room
Time: 7-8 pm
Who: Any ESU student or faculty/staff can attend for FREE!
**During the workshop the weight room will be closed to the public. It is also recommended to come dressed in comfortable workout attire and close-toed shoes because you will be doing some lifting.
