CORKY'S DIRTY KANZA 200
Corky's Dirty Kanza 200 is a summer fitness program hosted by ESU Recreation Services that encourages faculty, staff, and students that will be here this summer to be active! Make your way through the 200 mile course by walking, running, jogging, biking, or whatever your favorite cardio is!
June 2nd - June 30th (4 Weeks)
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Emporia State University Faculty & Staff, Current Summer Students, and Current ESU recreation center members with a summer membership.
HOW IT WORKS
Each week points will be awarded for participating in cardio fitness. Points are accumulated by the amount of cardio time a person does daily. Cardio time then is converted to miles. 30 minutes of cardio time = 5 miles, 1 hour of cardio time = 10 miles. Participants are allows up to 3 hours of cardio a day.
Submit your points by filling out the Corky’s Dirty Kanza 200 Challenge Form located below. Scores must be submitted by noon on the Monday after the completed week to be counted.
100 MILES = Corky Water Bottle and Faculty & staff participants will receive 5 credits for the HealthQuest Rewards Program, which will help qualify you for the $480 insurance premium discount.
