Registration

You must register by noon on March 6, 2008, to reserve a space at the banquet. Banquet and luncheon only available with pre-registration.

 

The registration fee is $15, which may be paid by cash, check, or money order at the registration table. The registration fee includes a continental breakfast on Saturday and the Awards Luncheon on Saturday.

Meals


The following menu items will be available at the Friday evening dinner:

  • Salads:
    • Classic spinach sald with bacon, egg, onions; with a mild or spicy dressing.
    • Fresh fruit salad
  • Vegetables:
    • Balsamic roasted vegetables
    • Green beans with bacon and onions
  • Starches:
    • Garlic mashed potatoes with brown gravy
    • Four cheese cavatappie pasta
  • Entree:
    • Chicken del neise (sauteed chicken with diced tomatoes, basil, and black olives in a white wine sauce)
  • Desert:
    • House baked pies

Those wishing to attend the Saturday afternoon luncheon will have the choice between one of the three following options:

  1. Memphis brisket wrap with Cajun Coleslaw and BBQ sauce on a whole wheat tortilla
  2. Chicken caesar wrap with crisp romaine, parmesan cheese, and creamy caesar dressing on a garlic herb tortilla
  3. California wrap (vegetarian) with fresh cut vegetables to include chopped greens, cucumbers, and onions on a jalapeno cheese tortilla
