George has a BA in psychology from Davidson College and a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee. He has conducted organizational research and developed HR systems for a variety of organizations: Fortune 100s (IBM), government agencies (TVA), small companies, and non-profits. His current research explores how organizational values are linked to organizational performance.
