Dr. Phil Bennett

Dr. Phil Bennett is dean of The Teachers College at Emporia State University. He came to ESU in 2001 as associate dean and was promoted to dean in January 2009. In addition to his normal administrative duties at ESU, Bennett has served as coordinate for accreditation by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), developed the college’s assessment system, observed student teachers and served on numerous college and university committees.
