Dr. Gilan Cockrell

Dr. Gilan Cockrell has been practicing optometry in Emporia since 1980.  Voted the 2002 Kansas Optometrist of the Year, he co-founded the Eye Care Council and originated the See to Learn program. A long-time supporter of ESU, Cockrell’s daughter is a graduate student at ESU.
