- making accurate and timely payments for the university;
- making all statutory deductions and all required reporting procedures;
- making all non-statutory deductions and/or reductions and verify record keeping and reporting procedures;
- maintaining records and reports required by the university, state and federal governmental agencies;
- the Payroll Office reports to the Associate Vice President of Fiscal Affairs
