Minimum Requirements for Publications

• Every publication intended for an external audience must have the ESU logo printed on the front of the piece as per the Graphic Identity Standards.

• Every publication intended for an external audience must have one of the following affirmative action statements included.

   You may add this line to your publication:

       Emporia State University is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer and
       is in compliance with Title IX and Section.

   Or, when space is at a premium, you may use:

       AA/EOE

• Every publication intended for an external audience must have the following ADA statement:

    Emporia State University is committed to making courses accessible to all participants.
