Providing Camera Ready Material

Camera ready art is a sharp, legible copy printed in black on white paper or digital version presented to us on disk or via e-mail that requires no further touch-up, paste-up, or any other work. It is exactly as you want it and ready to be printed or copied. A Xerox copy of camera ready art is not acceptable.

The best way to bring a camera-ready file for printing directly off our laser printer or digital copiers is to save it as a pdf (see instructions in pdf section). PDF files eliminate the problems of us needing the program you used to create your job and you having to transfer graphics and fonts with your file, since they are embedded. If you cannot give us a PDF you must include all your fonts and images.
