Study Abroad Application Forms
Prior to your Study Abroad experience, you must submit a number of forms to the Study Abroad Coordinator in the Office of International Education. Some exchange programs-- such as ISEP, AIFS, ISA, etc.--will require that you submit an application through them. And if you set up your study abroad program through another institution or program the ESU is not affiliated with, you must fill out additional forms.

- Financial Aid Information Sheet
- Financial Aid Verification Form: For Calculation Purposes
- Prior Approval Form (needed for ensuring credit transfer)
