International Family Games

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Location: Emporia Public Library

Description: Come to the library with your family to learn fun games from International Students in honor of International Education Week!

International Trivia Night

Time: 6:30 p.m - 8:30 p.m.

Location: William Allen White Library, 2nd Floor

Description: Come and answer these tough trivia questions with your friends, win prizes, and eat snacks!

Wednesday, November 15

International Yoga

Time: 6:00 p.m.

Location: Group Fitness ESU Recreation Center

Description: Join a group yoga class with rotating segments of music and displays themed around the various home countries of current international students.

Thursday, November 16

C.H.E.W. (Cook Healthy Eat Well) A Taste of Bangladesh

Time: 5:30 p.m.

Location: TBD

Description: Come learn some new cooking skills as well as a bit about a new-to-you culture and flavor

Host: Student Wellness Center, Health Services and Corky's Cupboard

ASG Tabling

Time: 1:00 p.m - 2:00 p.m.

Location: Memorial Union Main Street

Description: Come learn about Hispanic and Asian Culture (Tabling by HALO JA Sakura CSSA)

Friday, November 17

International Culture Show

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Location: Albert Taylor Hall

Description: Emporia State International Students are excited to share their native cultures through various artistic mediums. This will be demonstrated by traditional Song and Dance performed by Japan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, and Nigeria. Additionally, there will Japanese Calligraphy, Cultural Displays from Ghana, and a Fashion Show put on by Italy, Germany, Laos, and Bolivia.
