Admission Policies for Generic Students
Definition - Generic Students:
A "generic student" is the student who begins the Newman Division of Nursing (NDN) program and plans to progress through the entire nursing curriculum.
Admission Policies for Articulating Students
Definition - Articulating Student
An "articulating student" is the student who has completed a nursing program, is licensed to practice nursing in Kansas, and plans to be admitted with advanced standing to the Newman Division of Nursing (NDN).
Admission Policies for Nursing Transfer Students
Definition - Nursing Transfer Student
A "nursing transfer student" is the student who has attended but not completed another registered nursing program and plans to transfer nursing credits from that program to the Newman Division of Nursing (NDN).
