Non-Traditional Student Services maintains a list of community landlords, rental agencies, and information regarding low-income housing as well as information about the ESU Apartments, a 96-unit apartment complex located 5 blocks east of campus, and the residence halls. ESU Apartments
ESU Apartments have one or two bedrooms available to single parents, graduate students, and non-traditional students.
All apartments are equipped with built-in kitchen units (stove, sink, and full-size refrigerator), window shades, and window air conditioners.
A limited number of ADA apartments are available. Fill out an ESU Apartment application, or contact Carol Blade at 620-341-5264 for more information.
Residence Halls
Upperclass and transfer students are housed in Northeast, Abigail, and Central Morse Halls and offers a variety of activities throughout the year, including: Fear Fest, Spring Fling and events on your floor. A Reception Center for you is located in Central Morse and provides services for you including: sending and receiving your mail, handling your lockouts, and assisting with your maintenance concerns. Your new home is secured with a card-swipe access system that only allows students living in the building to enter. Parking for you is located immediately north of Northeast Morse Hall.
Incoming freshmen are housed in Singular, Trusler, North or South Tower and offers a variety of activities throughout the year for you to have fun, including: Dia de los Muertos, Casino Night, Chinese New Year, and events on your floor. A Reception Center for you is located in the main Towers lobby and provides services for you including: sending and receiving your mail, handling yourlockouts, and assisting with your maintenance concerns. Your new home is secured with a card-swipe access system that only allows students living in the building to enter. Parking for you is located directly outside the front doors of the main Towers lobby and immediately north of Singular and Trusler Halls.
