PRESENTATIONS

 

Dr. Shonda McLaughlin, assistant professor, Department of Counselor Education & Rehabilitation Programs, Ms. Andrea Jacobs, graduate student, of Rehabilitation Counseling, and Mr. Wally Cole, graduate student, of Rehabilitation Counseling, all presented at the National Council on Rehabilitation Education’s annual training conference, which was held in San Diego, CA, February 15-19, 2006. Dr. McLaughlin, along with Dr. Catherine Marshall, conducted a presentation entitled, “Multiculturalism: Ethical Responsibility or Special Interest Topic?,” while Ms. Jacobs and Mr. Cole’s presentation was entitled, “Perspectives of a Multiculturalism in Rehabilitation Education.”
