Student display opens in Gilson Memorial Gallery
August 20, 2012Shannon Scheible’s BFA Exhibition, “Four Blue Leaves,” opened today in the Gilson Memorial Gallery and will remain on display until Aug. 31.
Sheible’s show consists of several cast glass pieces as well as metal, wood and fibers sculptures. The opening reception for the artist, who is from Emporia, will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24 in the Bruder Theatre Lobby of King Hall.
