Jungle noises and milk and cookies were part of the fun when President Michael D. Shonrock visited ESU's littlest Hornets.
Shonrock's visit came after a class from the Center for Early Childhood Education travelled to his office in Plumb Hall on Jan. 3 to welcome him to campus.
During Shonrock's visit on the center on Feb. 13, the president read ""Walking Through the Jungle" by Debbie Harter, which was punctuated by the children demonstrating animal sounds. After the book, the crowd enjoyed Valentine's cookies and milk, along with hugs and high fives.
