Summer in France

How Do I Apply?

There are two sets of deadlines that need to be met.  Use the following checklist to ensure that you have submitted the required documents on time.

January 15, 2001:

o Application form , filled out and signed 
o Application fee of $100 ($50 non-refundable) applied to Program costs 
o Program Rules and Cancellation Policy

 

February 15, 2001:

o Housing Questionnaire
o Parental Statement of Authorization and Consent

 

To apply for the Program, you may either pick up the forms in the Director's ESU office (Roosevelt Hall, 208) or print off the WebForms above, and mail them (filled-out and signed) to the following address:
