Suggestions:

The Curtis building is a newer building and on the corner of 10th anf Jackson across from Subway. Free parking is about a bock to the west on the west side of the Judicial building; you must park in visitor's parking space (see the blue signs) http://kdoch.state.ks.us/public/

Special Requirements:

You may be surprised by what the Department of Commerce does; it is much more extensive than before.
