Time:

8:30 - 1:30 This counts as 1.5 sessions

Location:

We will begin at Coyote Canyon restaurant and then carpool to various locations in and around Topeka

Focus:

Infrastructure, public goods and services, water systems, flood control, street and highway construction. The public finance aspects of infrastructure is an important element. Do streets seem to be diminishing in quality? This will be part of our focus.

Suggestions:

Wear comfortable clothes for the weather. We will journey in and around Topeka in an ESU van; it is air-conditioned; however, we will be outside often.

Special Requirements:

The luncheon follows our morning session is at Coyote Canyon. It is on Huntoon and Wanamaker (1251 SW Ashworth Place 66614); please park away from the building, preferably on the Wanamaker side.
