Emporia Infrastructure (1.5 sessions) - Matt Zimmerman, emporia's City Manager has considerable knowledge about all aspects of a city and especially its infrastructure. Although there is some overlap between the Topeka Infrastructure journey and the one in Emporia, those who have attended both in the past found it to be a highly positive experience to participate in both.
