Kansas City Econ & Sports - 2 Days Required - We will spend two days at the Kansas Speedway. Auto racing is popular and you are likely to understand it much better. More information is on the KCEE website.

Topeka Infrastructure (1. 5 sessions) - The Kansas Contractors Association is hosting a luncheon for us following the journey. You are welcome to go to both infrastructure session in Emporia on the next day; read the note about it.

Emporia Infrastructure (1.5 sessions) - Matt Zimmerman, emporia's City Manager has considerable knowledge about all aspects of a city and especially its infrastructure. Although there is some overlap between the Topeka Infrastructure journey and the one in Emporia, those who have attended both in the past found it to be a highly positive experience to participate in both.

IBEW - Organized Labor - Electrical Workers - There are two IBEW buildings near each other (See Below); it is NOT IBEW 226. It is a bit east of there.

Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corp - The size and the engineering is almost beyond belief. Only 14 teachers get to go due to new NRC rules.
