Advanced study of taxation as it applies to sole proprietorships, C and S Corporations, partnerships, limited liability entities, and fiduciaries including the tax implications of forming, operating, and dissolving such entities. Also covers advanced topics such
as financial tax accounting concepts, employee compensation, related party transactions, and tax planning
