REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Fall 2008 pre-enrollment begins March 24, 2008 (8AM).
Degree seeking students should contact advisor prior to enrolling. You must obtain a pin number from your advisor for self-service registration.
Please check the online catalog for course prerequisites and enrollment restrictions BEFORE registering.
Please check the Buzz In Academic Life tab for any HOLDS to your account. Have them released BEFORE registering.
BILLING STATMENTS WILL BE MAILED JULY 18th 2008! For a current balance or to pay online, visit the Academic Life tab in Buzz In or call the Cashier's Office at 620-341-5135.

	ONLINE SELF-SERVICE (PIN # REQUIRED) With Online Self-Service you can register by using a PIN provided by your advisor. Just Login to Buzz In, go to the Academic Life tab and select Add/Drop Classes. If a course is closed, use the Waiting List Request form below or call 1-877-332-4249 to be placed on the waiting list. 	LIFELONG LEARNING ONLINE REGISTRATION FORMS The information contained in these forms is sent to the Office of Lifelong Learning where our staff processes the registration at the earliest time possible. You will receive a confirmation email once it is completed.
	PRINTABLE REGISTRATION FORMS Print. Then mail or fax one of these registration forms to our office. You may type directly on these PDF forms before printing. ENROLL/ADD (UNDERGRADUATE) ENROLL/ADD (ALL GRADUATE) DROP/WITHDRAWAL (ALL)
