William Allen White Children's Book Award Official Online Voting Form School Year 2011-2012 .

Welcome to the online voting form for the William Allen White Children's Book Award. Online voting will be available through April 16, 2012. We have developed a paper tally form for you to use in counting your votes prior to putting them into the official Online Voting Form. Voting Tally Sheets for both the 3rd-5th and 6th-8th Grade Master List are available at: http://www.emporia.edu/libsv/wawbookaward/downloads.html#vottallysheet .

Keep in mind when voting that: -Only votes reported on the Official Voting Report Form will be accepted -Voting Report Forms must contain the name of the person reporting the votes -Voting Report Forms must be received by April 16th. Results will be posted on the WAW Children's Book Award homepage by April 30, 2012 . Please choose the appropriate Online Voting Form.
