Citation Guides

When you write a research paper for your professor, you will generally be asked to use a particular "citation guide" for the format of the paper.  Following are the most common citation guides used at Emporia State University, with links provided for online assistance.

PLEASE NOTE:  Every discipline uses a certain citation style!  If you are not sure of the citation style used in a course, check with your professor for suggestions or for the required guide for the department.
