Getting a P.I.N.
The library does not automatically assign a Personal Identification Number (P.I.N.) to library accounts. If it seems that you have a P.I.N. on your account, please contact the Library's Reference Desk at 620-341-5207 or toll free at (877)613-READ (7323).
To set up a P.I.N.
A library user may do one of two things. * If accessing E-Resources for the first time, the system will ask for a name, ID number and a P.I.N. The P.I.N. may be set up at that time. The system will ask that the P.I.N. be retyped to verify that it is correct. * A library user may also go to My Account and set up the P.I.N. there. The first time the system will ask for the P.I.N. to be typed twice for verification.
What If I Forget My P.I.N. or Get The Message "Invalid Password"?
The "Invalid" message probably means that the pin is not being entered correctly. If you have problems or cannot remember your pin, please contact the library through the toll free number at (877)613-READ (7323) for assistance. Usually the person answering the phone will delete your pin and have you begin the process again.| Go to "My Account" to create a pin. |
