Next Meeting
Our next meeting will be the GPR-IUG Fall Conference is November 14th 8:00 am – 4:00pm, at
University of Nebraska-Lincoln, East Campus Union. The morning session is
cosponsored by University of Nebraska Council of Libraries (UNCL) and
GPR-IUG. This has provided us with the opportunity to bring Judith Clark’s
(Innovative Trainer) workshop on “Library Staff Transitions: Managing Your
Library’s Innovative System Through Staff Changes.”
We are excited about this workshop and hope that the date will work into
your travel plans.

Organization
The Great Plains Regional Innovative Users Group was formed in 2006 and held its first meeting November 17, 2006 at Emporia State University in Emporia, KS.
Membership - Membership Form
Membership is open to Innovative users in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma. The group is open to all types of libraries and all staff. There is a small membership fee of $10 per person.
Benefits of Joining
The Great Plains Regional IUG meets twice each year, alternating locations among the membership. The national IUG hosts a listserv and website for the Great Plains Regional IUG.
