When a database is chose, a white screen should appear with the message, “The library requires a password for this resource.” The screen will then ask for several items of information including name, ESU ID number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN). The PIN is a number that each person determines for his or her own self. It should be 4-30 characters in length and can be numbers, letters or a combination of both.
