Submit Reserves
Faculty members wishing to utilize the reserve at William Allen White Library should use one of the provided forms when requesting material inclusion in the reserve. Each can be filled out online and submitted via the Electronic Drop Box apparatus provided, or can be printed and brought to the library.
The Online Form can be filled out and submitted with a few clicks.
The PDF Form requires Acrobat Reader and can be filled out online, saved to your desktop or other location and then submitted to the circulation department.
The MS Word Form can be filled out online, saved to your desktop or other location and then submitted to the circulation department.
