Reciprocal Borrowing
Kansas Regents Universities and Washburn
Emporia State University Libraries and Archives extends reciprocal borrowing privileges to faculty, staff and graduate students of Kansas Regents Universities and Washburn. Undergraduate students from these institutions will need to acquire a Kansas Resident Card to obtain checkout privileges. To register, the student, faculty or staff member must provide a current university ID. A picture ID is required.This ID should be presented at the Circulation Department. To register, the student, faculty or staff member must provide a currenty university ID or proof of affiliation with the technical college.. A picture ID is required.
