Circulation Department

Individals who do not have ESU IDs, who are residents of the State of Kansas, are at least 18 years of age, and owe no fines, may obtain a Kansas Resident Card for $15.00 at the Circulation Desk. You will need to present a current Kansas drivers license, proof of your Social Security number and your address (on a drivers license, printed checks, mail, etc.) at the time of application.
