LEAD Institute title 

LEAD Institute is an overnight leadership experience for incoming Emporia State students, focusing on a blend of interactive and highly effective leadership experiences. At the LEAD Institute (L.I.), you will have the opportunity to live a one-of-a-kind leadership experience, learn a unique leadership curriculum from ESU student leaders, and LEAD your generation further than you dream is possible.

 

 

 

At L.I. most students develop meaningful relationships with other students; students who will serve as their peers till graduation day and students who will mentor them during their college career. Through the concept of leadership and engaging in interactive activities and experiences, students will begin to develop these relationships. L.I. helps students identify and reinforce leadership by evaluating individual strengths, values and beliefs, while providing a greater sense of self-confidence and purpose. L.I. is a great start for students to reflect at who they are and what they want to become during their college career.
